What is a Campaign?

In our lesson today we were told that a campaign is a coordinated series of action/elements aimed at achieving a specific goal and to target a specific audience (if necessary). 

We were also told that they need to include:

• Different aspects of a Music Promotion Campaign which entails a series of actions incorporating a wide range of events and the use of different medias. Such as a music video and other video content, radio shows, social media and any other means of promoting themselves and their music. 
• An introduction to the new artist by creating a specific profile of this person and the type of music/message they are putting across 
• Ways of building up anticipation for the new music that will be coming out by using different media and advertising devices to aid in this
